The Green Village is set in a quiet area, 700 metres from Simius Beach, and just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Villasimius. The resort features a garden with palm trees and a large swimming pool.

All apartments come with a veranda, furnished with a table and chairs. The rate includes free outdoor parking and air conditioning. Stays of at least 1 week have 1 hour of free internet.

Between May and September, an area of Simius Beach is especially reserved for guests of Green Village Resort.

Please call the property 30 minutes before arrival as reception is not open 24/7.

From 22 May until 1 October, cleaning is carried out in the middle of the week. During other periods, bed linen is changed every 7 days. The kitchenette must be cleaned before departure. Additional cleaning available at additional costs.

Air conditioning is available on request and at extra costs. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and there is an internet point in public areas. Guests booking one-week stays have 1 hour free.

The private beach with sun-loungers, parasols and towels, is available only during this period.
